  • How much time do i need to devote to this?

    Time investment: 15-20 minutes for each audio session, plus 30 minutes a week for the worksheets. Then the time commitment for your specific movement activities are up to you. We expect that as you find your movement genius and begin removing movement barriers, you'll want to spend lots of time moving your body.

  • How long do I get access to the course?

    You get 12-months access to the course from the date of your enrollment. At the end of 12 months, you will no longer have access to the course materials. However, we have found that 12 months is plenty of time to learn, practice, and allow the Wise Effort method to help you level up your movement routine.

  • Can I get a refund?
